SHIPPING POLICY

Please note: As of December 2024, it is not possible to ship to countries in the EU or Northern Ireland, due to new GPSR legislation (General Product Safety Regulation). This may change in the future, please get in touch if you have any questions.

UK CUSTOMERS:
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class signed for. You will receive a tracking number with your dispatch notification. Orders over the value of £200 will be sent by UK Special Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All overseas shipping is sent by Tracked International Airmail.

All customs forms will be accurately declared. All fees, VAT, and/or customs charges imposed on international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs policies for information on customs fees.

High value items are shipped internationally by DHL and costs £50. Please read individual product descriptions for information.

PROCESSING TIMES: Most of our silver pieces are made to order and take 5-10 working days to make. Commissions, gold rings, and one-of-a-kind jewellery have a longer processing time. Please read individual product description regarding processing times, or get in touch for more information.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Shipping to Europe takes approximately 5-7 days. This may vary depending on your country's postal service.

Shipping to the US and Canada takes approximately 10-14 days. Please allow up to 5 weeks during the festive season.

For Australia, New Zealand, East Asia and the rest of the world, please expect approximately 14-21 days. Please allow up to 6 weeks during the festive season.

RETURNS POLICY

Solid gold rings that are made to your ring size and commissioned pieces cannot be returned, due to the time and costs involved in making them. Earrings also cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. For all other jewellery (silver rings and necklaces, gold necklaces), please contact me within 30 days of purchase if you require a refund or exchange.

If you’d like to return your order, please send an email to me at info@ericajewellery.com, providing your name and order number. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note that the cost and return of items is the responsibility of the customer.
